Day 010 – Animatic Editing – Workflow

Still working through the workflow of PhotoShop to After Effect then Premiere. Even though it’s taking longer than I’d like, the system does have a lot of merits from easy single frame manipulation to additional editing options available; all because I can go right back into PhotoShop from editing. In the midst of this though I have edited the film from 18 minutes to around 7 minutes. The goal is to have a film around 4-5 minutes but being over time is vastly better than being under as it means I’m not trying to thin out content but rather distill just what needs to be in the film.
